The 34-year-old 'Love and Hip Hop' star is reportedly now facing seven charges, with three of them are felonies and the rest are misdemeanors.

AceShowbiz - "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Tommie Lee may be serving some serious jail time. The 34-year-old has been indicted on multiple child abuse charges, TMZ reports.
Lee, whose real name is Atasha Chizaah Jefferson, was indicted on Thursday, January 3, in Cobb County, Georgia, after allegedly abusing her daughter. Her charges included aggravated assault, child cruelty, battery, aggravated stalking and disrupting a public school.
According to the news outlet, Lee went to her young daughter's middle school this past October before allegedly disrupting the class. The indictment documents further state that the reality TV star slapped her daughter on the hands with her purse strap and also slapped her across the face. Additionally, she dragged her daughter down the hall by her hair before throwing her into a metal locker.
Later on October 17, she was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault, battery and child cruelty. She was allegedly taken into police custody after the incident. She was then released after posting a $27,000 bond. In addition, the mother of two received a court order to stay away from her daughter.
However, it apparently didn't stop her from assaulting her daughter. Just three hours after her release, it was reported that she violated the order and got in contact with her child, prompting her to get arrested again. She was held without bail for a period of time.
She is now facing seven charges. Three of them are felonies while the rest are misdemeanors. According to the site, if Lee is convicted on all seven charges, she could be serving behind the bars for up to 54 years.
Following the news of her indictment, Tommie took to Instagram to seemingly address the news. "Slow news day I see," she crypticly wrote on Instagram Stories on January 7.
