AceShowbiz - While most people are having troubles divorcing their partner due to other legal issues like child custody and so on, it is not the case for Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett. If reports from TMZ are to be trusted, the estranged couple's divorce documents have been rejected by the courts for the second time over the same technical issues.
The court clerk rejected the latest paperwork it wasn't filled out correctly. Emphasizing the missing information with bolded, enlarged and underlined words, the clerk wrote in a statement, "Please make sure the forms you submit have the correct case number, the full case number should be on all forms in the appropriate place, please check each form prior to submission to court."
With that, Kendra and Hank are still legally married.
As mentioned before, this isn't the first time their divorce settlement got rejected over technical issues. Los Angeles County Court rejected their documents as the pair failed to fill out the jurisdiction date on the document correctly in addition to forgetting to complete a section of the papers.
The "Kendra on Top" star filed for divorce from her retired athlete husband back in April after nearly nine years of marriage. Hank responded with his filing and mirrored her documents on the same day she filed. Both cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split, listed their date of separation as January 1, 2018.
Upon submitting the divorce filing, the estranged couple requested joint legal and physical custody of their two children, Hank Baskett IV, 8, and Alijah Mary Baskett, 4. Kendra additionally sought the restoration of her maiden name. They settled their divorce in late October. The filing includes details about custody, support and property.
Since the split, Kendra has been open about her choice to enjoy being single more than looking for a new partner. She recently shared of her New Year's resolution, "This year I'll be me and let go of anything holding me back only accept eyes of love and support. Healthy and fit enough to play with my kids and dance in the mirror. Healthy and fit enough to climb the highest mountain with my closest friends!"
