AceShowbiz - Future is wasting no time in 2019. Just days after releasing his French Montana collaboration "NASA", the Atlanta rapper unveiled a new single titled "Crushed Up" along with its music video treatment on Thursday, January 3. The release arrived just hours after Future posted a cryptic countdown on Instagram Stories, teasing the song.

"Crushed Up" was produced by Wheezy and features dreamy chords and rumbling bass. The "Fine China" rapper raps about his success, "Ten, ten different exotic cars how we slid/ Meet me in Chanel in the back, we goin' big/ I been getting' NBA money, Jason Kidd/ I just charged a whole damn M for a gig/ And I got that Nitro for a pig."

The accompanying music video itself was directed by Spike Jordan and Sebastian Sdaigui. It opens with a children getting curious to a strange snow globe at his house. When the boy tries to check it out, the scene changes to show Future roaming around a wintry mansion along with a slew of ladies. It turns out that the mansion is actually inside the snow globe all along.

"Crushed Up" is said to be the first single off Future's upcoming seventh studio album, his first full-length effort since his 2017 chart-topping album "Hndrxx". Future teased the forthcoming project via Instagram last November, calling it his "greatest album of all time."

"The album's so so crazy," he said at the time. "I'm inspired, man. I'm so inspired. I got that inspiration from everywhere. This is about to be my greatest album of all time tight now, you know what I'm sayin? Well to date. It's going to be one of my best albums... watch this."

The release date of the upcoming album is still unknown as of now, but Future recently deleted all of his Instagram posts. It prompted fans to speculate that the 35-year-old would unveil the album sooner than later as musicians usually wipe out their Instagram posts before releasing new albums.
