Just a day after being mom-shamed for a picture exposing her daughter Kaia's butt, the 'RHOA' star gets attacked by online haters for posting a picture showing Brielle's unnaturally bigger lips.

AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak got on the netizens' bad side yet again. Although she had faced backlash for allowing daughter Brielle Biermann to get lip injection back in 2016, the former cast member of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" drew negative attention once again by posting a picture of the 21-year-old with swollen lips.
The 40-year-old shared the post on Instagram on Thursday, December 27. Along with a caption that read, "Christmas morning", she uploaded a photo of Brielle who hid her eyes under sunglasses with a mug in her hand. Even though she locked the comment section of the post, others still managed to voice their disagreement.
A number of social media users poked fun at Kim's post through their Twitter accounts. A user commented, "Yikes did she have an allergic reaction to something." Another chimed in, "Holy s**t....what's wrong with her lips." Meanwhile, a third user wrote, "Those lips are about to blow."

Kim was very candid about Brielle getting cosmetic surgery, and acknowledged that not everyone liked the idea. Back in July, she told Us Weekly, "So when Brielle wanted her lips done. It was something that she's never really liked. She's always talked about wanting bigger lips. She turned 18, I took her to the best. That's her decision, her choice. I took her to the best."
"She was very open because she said she didn't want other girls that felt like her to not know that there wasn't an option. So she shared that with the world," the wife of Kroy Biermann continued. "Then, they're like, 'You look like a duck, you look awful, they look terrible, blah, blah, blah,' and Brielle's like, 'Well f**k, maybe I shouldn't say anything.' I said, 'No, you just basically do you.'"
One day prior to her post of Brielle's swollen lips, Kim found herself slammed due to another controversial post. On December 25, she shared on Instagram a photo of her 5-year-old daughter, Kaia, riding a scooter with exposed butt. Along with it, she wrote, "Well... @kaiabiermann is out here enjoying the new skooter! #LIVINGHERBESTLIFE."
The picture was quick to draw criticisms as many pointed out how inappropriate it was to be shared with the public. "Too many weirdos out here to be putting that on the internet," one reminded. "Wow...Why Post That? She Such A Pretty Girl," another warned. "Too Many Sickos Out Here! Kim!! Smh." A third even mom-shamed Kim by writing, "Wow! Any parenting training in your area Kim?"
