AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez is facing a lawsuit over a photo she posted on social media.
The singer/actress is being sued by photographer Michael Stewart, who took a picture of Lopez earlier this year (2018) and reportedly licensed it to bosses a media website.
According to TMZ, Stewart subsequently saw the image used on Jennifer's Instagram Story timeline, even though he did not grant permission for the 49 year old or her team to use it.
He is now suing the "Jenny from the Block" hitmaker and bosses at her production company Nuyorican Productions for copyright infringement, and is seeking any profits made from the shot, or up to $150,000 (£118,600) in damages.
