AceShowbiz - It looks like David Eason just can't stop getting himself in trouble with the law. After backtracking on his gun threat, the husband of Jenelle Evans is currently under investigation after he forcibly moved a parked truck from its spot because he believed the vehicle was too close to his boat.
The "Teen Mom 2" alum posted a video of the moment, which took place in Wilmington, North Carolina, on his YouTube page on Wednesday, December 19. Evans, who filmed his husband self-towing the truck, could be heard laughing behind the camera. "If you're going to park this close and there's no money in the meter..." she said in the clip. "Pulled that motherf***er out of the way."
Eason was seen attaching a cable from his front bumper wench to the hitch of the other vehicle before dragging it backwards. After much struggles since the the other truck's back wheels remained locked, he finally got the other vehicle getting wound up partly on the sidewalk.
"Learn the right way to deal will a**holes who think it's cool to block you in a parking space," Eason wrote in the description box of the video. "Good thing my trailer has a folded tongue that allowed me to get my truck out so I can tow him out of the way, in order to move my boat. His recent antics were quickly reported to Wilmington Police. Responding to the one who reported the story, a spokesperson for the police said, "We completely understand your concern and appreciate you sharing it with us! The past incidents have occurred outside of our jurisdiction, but we will continue to thoroughly investigate when it is within our city limits."
