Pauley Perrete and Sasha Alexander take to Twitter to show support for their former 'NCIS' co-star after he is accused of sexual harassment on 'Bull' set.

AceShowbiz - Pauley Perrette and Sasha Alexander, who previously starred alongside Michael Weatherly on "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service", have come to his defense after he was accused of sexual harassment on "Bull" set. The two actress have taken to Twitter to show their support for the 50-year-old actor.

Perrette, who played the beloved Abby Sciuto on the crime series, posted on the micro-blogging site a picture of her and Weatherly flashing big smiles to the camera while sporting matching smiling face stickers on their clothing. "This man... I love, respect, trust and I KNOW. TWO decades of friendship and respect. The best. I love you @M_Weatherly Always and forever," she wrote in the caption.

Joining Perrette in supporting the actor, Alexander shared a selfie with him when they hit the streets together. "I have been in trenches w/ my friend @M_Weatherly. Always laughs, true friend & [heart emoji] as big as they come," the former Caitlin Todd depicter said of his former co-star.

Earlier this week, Eliza Dushku accused Weatherly of repeatedly making sexual comments and jokes, including remarks about her appearance and a rape joke when they were working together on "Bull". The actress confronted him about the issue, but she ended up getting written off the show. It prompted her to issue a formal complaint to CBS, which resulted in the network agreeing to pay her a confidential settlement of $9.5 million.

Weatherly himself has issued an apology. "During the course of taping our show, I made some jokes mocking some lines in the script. When Eliza told me that she wasn't comfortable with my language and attempt at humor, I was mortified to have offended her and immediately apologized," he said. "After reflecting on this further, I better understand that what I said was both not funny and not appropriate and I am sorry and regret the pain this cause Eliza."
