Denying Weinstein's alleged claim that he made Lawrence famous after she had sex with him, the 'Silver Lining's Playbook' star dubs it 'another example of the predatory tactics and lies ... to lure countless women.'

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lawrence is mentioned in a lawsuit against Harvey Weinstein. Another woman accused the disgraced movie mogul of sexual abuse and in a suit filed anonymously as a Jane Doe in L.A. County on Friday, December 14, the victim says Weinstein claimed he made Lawrence famous after she slept with him.

In the document obtained by TMZ, the woman says she first met Weinstein at the Sundance Film Festival in 2013 when they had a meeting at the Waldorf Astoria in Park City. She then got up to go to the restroom, and when she was sitting on the toilet with her tights around her ankles, Weinstein walked in on her.

She says that he dropped his pants and exposed his penis. He allegedly said, "My d**k is nice and hard for you," and asked her, "Do you like my d**k?" The woman claims she rejected his advance, but he masturbated and then ejaculated on her skirt.

The woman, who was an aspiring actress, says Weinstein told her everything would be okay, as long as they remained friends. He then offered her a few scripts to look at and promised they would meet again to talk about possible roles.

Doe says they met again during the festival, during which he forced her hand onto his erect penis after a screening. Later that year, they met in NYC to discuss a film called "Vampire Academy". After a dinner meeting, they went to his office, where he pushed her to the ground and removed her underwear.

The woman says he forcibly performed oral sex on her and as she was sobbing he told her, "I slept with Jennifer Lawrence and look where she is; she has just won an Oscar." Doe claims similar incidents happened in March 2013, January 2014 and February 2015 in NYC.

Later in December 2015 when they met at a Beverly Hills hotel, Weinstein allegedly touched himself sexually while saying he just wanted to look at her. Doe says she tried to leave, but he shoved her into the bathroom and threatened her, "Shut the f**k up and be quiet. You don't want to f**k this up."

The woman also sues The Weinstein Company. Weinstein's representatives and legal team have not responded to the lawsuit.

Meanwhile, Lawrence has responded to the claim that Weinstein slept with her. In a statement, the 28-year-old actress denies she had any sexual relationship with the former producer. "My heart breaks for all the women who were victimized by Harvey Weinstein. I have never had anything but a professional relationship with him," she says. "This is yet another example of the predatory tactics and lies that he engaged in to lure countless women."
