Aside from losing the right to conduct business since Lashed was suspended in November, the former fiancee of Rob Kardashian is also subject to a $2,000 fine.

AceShowbiz - Blac Chyna's cosmetics company Lashed has been suspended by Californian officials after she failed to file a tax return.

A spokesperson for the state's Franchise Tax Board (FTB) told The Blast website the firm was suspended last month (November 2018) after failing to provide tax documents required by law.

Officially a company loses the right to conduct business under California law when suspended by the FTB, whose officials collect personal and corporate taxes, but Lashed's products are still apparently being sold online. Several disgruntled customers have made complaints on social media, with one, Imani Williams, taking to Twitter threatening to make a complaint to authorities over undelivered lipstick.

Chyna, real name Angela Renee White, is unable to sue anyone via her firm, cannot claim refunds, cannot dissolve the business and is subject to a $2,000 (£1,600) fine due to the suspension.

She formed the company in 2014 and subsequently opened a Lashed outlet in Encino, California that provided beauty services, including eyelash extensions, waxing, and teeth whitening. However, neighbours told The Blast that the store is deserted and has not opened its doors to paying customers in months. The shop is also marked on the Yelp website as "closed" and its appointments page has been disabled.

The inactivity comes just months after the 30-year-old model and reality star hosted a lavish re-opening party in September.

Her business woes come after her one-time love rival and sister-in-law Kylie Jenner's own cosmetics brand goes from strength to strength. The 21-year-old, who once dated rapper Tyga, the father of Chyna's son King Cairo, is reportedly set to become the world's youngest billionaire thanks to her own line of beauty products.
