In return, Angelica's husband, photographer Chapman Baehler, expresses his gratitude toward the 'Swish Swish' singer for all she did to help the late music executive.

AceShowbiz - Katy Perry fought her emotions as she said goodbye to late music executive Angelica Cob-Baehler at her funeral in Los Angeles on Saturday, December 08.

Speaking at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery ceremony, the singer credited Angelica, who lost her battle with cancer last month, with guiding her career - high praise that was appreciated by the music boss' widower, photographer Chapman Baehler, who thanked her for all she did over the years to help his late wife, according to The Blast.

Following her friend's death, the "Roar" hitmaker wrote: "Six days ago, one of my biggest champions and realest friends, Angelica Cob-Baehler moved on from this place. She was one of the strongest women I have ever known - fighting her cancer like friggin' Rocky, enduring chemo, immunotherapy, a tracheotomy, feeding tubes for months on end, and experimental cancer treatment trials."

"We had a lot of wins together for over 10 years, and I am incredibly grateful she was a born fighter/no s**t-taker because she practically willed me into existence as a young artist when she 'stole my files' from limbo at Columbia Records and brought them to life at Capitol Records."

"She was like a big sister to me, showing me the ropes and always having my back. She never became a yes-person and was quick to check me when I needed checking... (She was) a DOPE human being."
