Film fans put the Bradley Cooper-directed musical and the Marvel superhero film in contention for Best Picture/Drama, and suggest 'Crazy Rich Asians' for Best Picture/Musical or Comedy.

AceShowbiz - "A Star Is Born" and "Black Panther" will lead the Golden Globes nominations on Thursday morning, December 06, according to a new Fandango survey.

Film fans feel Lady GaGa and Bradley Cooper's movie musical should grab the lion's share of Globe votes with six from the top 11 categories, while "Black Panther" will pick up nods for Best Picture/Drama and Best Actor/Drama (Chadwick Boseman), among its five top nominations.

Fandango fans suggest "A Star Is Born" and "Black Panther" will battle "Bohemian Rhapsody", "A Quiet Place", and "First Man" for Best Picture/Drama, while the Best Picture/Musical or Comedy will be a fight between "Crazy Rich Asians", "Mary Poppins Returns", "Green Book", "Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again", and "The Ballad of Buster Scruggs".
