AceShowbiz - The reports are indeed true, everyone! Rumors have been running rampage saying that Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are set to tie the knot in less than a week, and now the lovebirds have confirmed the news by kicking off the pre-wedding celebrations with a Puja ceremony.
For those who don't know about the ceremony, a Puja is the act of showing reference to a God, a spirit or another aspect of the divine through invocations, prayers, songs and rituals. It is one of several traditions which the couple will partake ahead of their actual wedding. The ceremony took place at her mother's home in Mumbai on Wednesday, November 28.
Nick and Priyanka both wore traditional Indian outfits for the ceremony, with the actress opting for a beautifully embellished blue kurta with matching pink floral designed and a dupatta shawl. As for Nick, the former Disney star donned a pink kurta and cream pajamas. The couple happily posed for the photographers after the ceremony, wrapping their arms around each other.

Joe Jonas and his fiancee Sophie Turner attended the ceremony, also wearing traditional Indian outfits. The "Game of Thrones" actress opted for red-and-yellow suit while the DNCE frontman looked neat in blue suit. "They all seem to be great friends and enjoy being together," a source told E! News of the two couples.
Priyanka and Nick are expected to head to Jodphur tomorrow, where the Sangeet, Mehendi and Haldi ceremonies will take place. The couple will allegedly tie the knot on December 2, having both a Western and an Indian wedding.
"It is super important to Priyanka to have an Indian ceremony that honors her heritage and culture, just as it's important to also have a Western ceremony that honors Nick's Christian upbringing," a source tells PEOPLE. "They are doing both."
