The reality TV star reveals she planned to freeze her eggs for her 30th birthday before dating her 'Bachelor in Paradise' co-star.

AceShowbiz - Ashley Iaconetti apparently has plenty of reasons to be thankful for Jared Haibon. The TV personality, who participated in season 19 of "The Bachelor", recently made a shocking revelation that she "saved a lot of money" by falling in love with her "Bachelor in Paradise" co-star.

The 30-year-old made the revelation in the November 26 episode of her podcast, "Almost Famous", with Ben Higgins. She explained that before her restaurant manager fiance came into the picture, she had set aside fund for her to freeze her eggs.

"I was going to do it for my 30th birthday," Ashley revealed her plan to freeze her eggs. "I was planning on it. I turned 30 in March." She went on to dish, "I didn’t have to, which was really nice. I saved a lot of money there. But if [Jared] hadn’t come into the picture at that time, I definitely would have."

Back in July, the engaged couple opened up about their plan to start a family on the digital series "The Story of Us". Ashley revealed, "I just know that I want to start trying to have kids at 32." Jared then added, "We're engaged now, so we'll get to the wedding and then maybe pop out a couple kids!"

Ashley first met Jared in the second season of "Bachelor in Paradise". At the time, while Ashley had instantly felt a bond with him, Jared only wanted her as a friend. It wasn't until years later that he realized he was in love with her. The two went public with their romantic relationship in May this year, and a month later, they got engaged following a proposal in Mexico.

The lovebirds have since been busy planning for their 2019 wedding, and Ashley has weighed in on having their nuptials televised. In an episode of "Almost Famous" back in June, the journalist dished, "I think we're both down for it, but our caveat is that we want as many guests as we want and we don't want to have to be limited to that. So if we couldn't have it the way we imagined, that's the only reason we wouldn't do it … We want it, we want it."
