Some social media users find it inappropriate that celebrity guests were busy posing and taking photos at the late model's gravesite.

AceShowbiz - Pictures shared by mourners at Kim Porter's funeral have caused quite a stir online. The likes of NeNe Leakes, Rasheeda Frost, Toya Wright, Reginae Carter, Kandi Burruss and Kirk Frost gathered at the ceremony to bid final farewells to the late model, and took snaps of themselves together at the gravesite.

In her post, Rasheeda showed Kim's tombstone, firework display at the funeral as well as shared her pictures with other celebrity pals at the funeral. She only wrote the hashtags "#rip #kimporter" in the caption.

Meanwhile, NeNe posted a photo of her with Cynthia Bailey and Chanita Foster, who were all dressed in black, at the funeral. The star of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" captioned it, "Celebration of Life for Kim Porter @ladykp in Columbus, Georgia with @cynthiabailey10 @chanitafoster."

While they may intend at paying tributes to Kim with their Instagram posts, some users have slammed them for taking photos at the funeral and not showing any signs of grievance in those pictures. "Respect, but I wouldn't take pictures," one commented on Nene's photo.

Another wrote in the comment section of Rasheeda's post, "Rip but smiling..awkward." Another slammed the celebrity guests at the funeral, "Lord are thy busy posing at a fuberal [sic]?"

"Yall just wanted pics for the gram smh," read another post, while someone similarly added, "Wait, I thought y’all were at a funeral? Is anything sacred from social media? Geesh."

But some people have come to NeNe and Rasheeda's defense. "So Y'all ALL Gon Act Like Y'all Never Took Any Pictures At The Cemetery Smiling With Your Love Ones?? I Find That VERY HARD To Believe," one was bemused.

Another person posted, "Funerals are a celebration of the person's life. The best funeral is one filled with laughter, joy, rejoicing that person and yes tears, especially in the black culture. This is how we do it!!!!" Another user agreed, writing, "There's nothing wrong wit smiling at grave site really people. Who want to take a sad and depressing pic? Keep smiling ladies."

Someone else posted a lengthy comment to share his/her own experience going through a loss. "After my family members homegoing services...we laugh... joke...sing...take pics..and even drink..get drunk at times... IT'S CALLED A CELEBRATION OF LIFE..YOU CELEBRATE THE THINGS THEY'VE DONE WHILE THEY WERE HERE PHYSICALLY..!! AND CELEBRATE THEIR MEMORIES..," the Instagram user schooled those critics. "Everything doesn't have to be blasted as a negative... Guess because only country south ppl understand this.. there's nothing wrong with what was done here..keep celebrating..keep the memories alive...so ya don't forget..."

Kim Porter was found dead at her Los Angeles home on November 15 after battling a short illness. She was laid to rest at the Cascades Hills Church in Columbus, Georgia. Her ex-boyfriend Sean "P. Diddy" Combs delivered a moving eulogy, while Mary J. Blige, Yolanda Adams and Faith Evans performed musical tributes.
