Words are the 'Sorry Not Sorry' singer's family wants her to cut ties with the newly sober designer.

AceShowbiz - Demi Lovato hasn't been seen with her rumored new fling Henry Levy for a while after they were spotted together earlier this month. Rumor has it the 26-year-old singer/actress is taking her mom's advice to cut ties with the clothing designer, who also has a bad history with drugs.

According to Radar Online, Demi's family, including her mother Dianna Hart, thinks that being around newly sober Henry isn't good for the "Camp Rock" star's sobriety. "Several people have come to Dianna and told her that he is not a good influence since the two were seen together," a source tells the site.

The source adds, "Demi's mom, as well as her entire family, wanted Henry out of the picture the minute that they saw the two of them together," explaining that "Henry is newly sober and he is not the type of guy that Demi should be associating herself with right now."

Henry allegedly "still runs in those Hollywood circles that Dianna wants her daughter to avoid," further causing worry among Demi's family about his bad influence. As reported before, the founder of Enfants Riches Deprimes has been in and out rehab several times for drug use since he was 15.

While the former Disney darling has reportedly not seen Henry in two weeks, she may not completely ditch him. The so-called insider claims, "Demi is acting on her own accord again and everyone is worried sick. There is only so much that her family can do. The rest is up to her."

Demi and Henry reportedly met a few years ago when they were both in rehab. They were first spotted together on Sunday night, November 3.

Not only her family, but also Demi's ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama was reportedly concerned about her well-being after she was pictured with Henry following her latest rehab stint. A source told HollywoodLife.com, "As soon as Wilmer heard that Demi was hanging out with Henry, alarm bells immediately started ringing. Even though he doesn't know the guy personally, he's heard enough things about him to believe he may not be the best influence on Demi. Especially right now when she's still in recovery and in a pretty fragile and vulnerable state."
