The troubled husband of Teresa Giudice has been ordered by an immigration judge to leave the U.S. after completing his prison sentence for conspiracy to commit wire and bankruptcy fraud.

AceShowbiz - "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Joe Giudice has appealed his deportation order.

Joe, the husband of Teresa Giudice, filed the last-minute appeal to dispute his order to leave the U.S. at the end of his prison sentence, Entertainment Tonight reports.

A spokesperson for the Department of Justice told the website that the appeal was filed on November 9.

A rep for the couple has yet to comment.

Last month, Joe was ordered by Immigration Judge John Ellington to leave the U.S. upon completion of his jail term.

The Italian father-of-four, 46, is currently halfway through serving a 41-month prison sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey for conspiracy to commit wire and bankruptcy fraud.

Back in 2014, Teresa and Joe pleaded guilty to multiple charges of fraud. The reality star was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison, and began her sentence in January 2015, but was released in December that same year.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Teresa said the family would fight the deportation order.

"We're going to be a family, and we're going to fight this and get through this," she fired.
