The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum takes to Instagram to share a sweet picture of her 'miracle baby' Brooklyn Doris.

AceShowbiz - Kenya Moore has shared the first picture of her first child Brooklyn Doris with her husband Marc Daly, a week after giving birth to the baby girl. The reality TV star posted on her Instagram account on Sunday, November 11 a snap of her newborn daughter's hand touching hers.

Not showing the baby's face just yet, the new mom captioned the photo with "#HappySunday #babydaly #miraclebaby #fairytalesdocometrue #brooklyndaly." Her followers have since been gushing about the sweet photo on the comment section.

"Isn't God great!!. Happy You, Kenya, with yr newborn. God is awesome," one wrote. Another posted, "That's so awesome! All those hardships in pregnancy are worth this moment," possibly referencing to a complication that Kenya suffered during her pregnancy.

Brooklyn Doris is the first child for both Kenya and her husband Marc. The couple began in vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatment at a clinic in Barbados after they got married in Saint Lucia in June 2017. The former Miss USA announced her pregnancy in April.

She had preeclampsia during her pregnancy, a complication that caused her to gain "17 lbs. in ONE week due to severe swelling and water retention, high blood pressure, and excess protein in urine." The 47-year-old entrepreneur gave birth to her daughter early via an emergency Caesarean section on Sunday, November 4.

"#BrooklynDorisDaly is here!" she announced on Instagram. "She's so perfect and strong! Marc was incredible in the deliver room. I lost a lot of blood so I'm very weak but they both were strong for me. God is so good. We are blessed and doing well. My heart is so full at the abundance of love for our family! We love you all."

Explaining the reason behind their child's name, the new mom tells PEOPLE, "Brooklyn because that's where we met and fell in love, and Doris after my grandmother who passed away last year and who raised me."

Several days later, she revealed on Instagram that she's still not able to walk because of "the excruciating pain of a C section." That, however, didn't stop the former star of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" from doing her regular activities. She shared a video of her using a scooter to run errands at Target.

"#brooklyndaly came early and the reality is it will take weeks for me to be able to walk without the excruciating pain of a C section and to heal from the multiple cuts to my uterus," she explained in the caption. "Needed to get her some preemie items so of course, off to @target we went. My aunt Lisa is so afraid! I'm supposed to be in bed."
