The 'Chun-Li' hitmaker allegedly is focusing on her performing, intending to 'perform her heart and soul out' at the annual award-giving event on November 11.

AceShowbiz - Nicki Minaj seemingly is done with her drama with Cardi B. Instead of focusing on the "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker, who won't attend the 2018 People's Choice Awards on November 11, the "Barbie Dreams" raptress decides to continue proving her worth as one of the biggest female emcee in the world.

Nicki, who is up for The Album of 2018 category for her "Queen" album, allegedly "isn't even thinking about Cardi B not attending Sunday evening." The "Anaconda" hitmaker "is so focused on performing and opening the show for her fans," says a source to HollywoodLife.com.

"Nicki knows she can go and just relax and perform her heart and soul out," the source continues saying. Nicki also brought along some of her pals for support as "she invited a lot of people in her inner circle to come and support her."

"She's really excited to get on the stage and perform and celebrate with her friends that night," adds the source.

Her performance at the PCAs, which is taking place at the Barker Hangar, arrives after she narrowly escaped a life-threatening shooting accident on Tekashi69 (a.k.a 6ix9ine)'s music video set. One bullet allegedly took a hit at the window of the master bedroom of the Beverly Hills mansion where the filming is set to take place.

Previous report suggested that the room was where the "Chun-Li" hitmaker and her crew were supposed to be chilling during the filming. Fortunately, she hadn't arrived yet at the set when the gunfire was opened. Kanye West was also on the set and he quickly left after shots rang out. No one injured during the drive-by shooting.

According to sources, the incident was thought to be a "drive-by shooting." After neighbours called in to report "shots fired," police cars, fire engines and ambulances all reported to the scene, while a helicopter was called in for support.
