The Stark kids of the hit show respond to the president's tweet, expressing their own personal criticism.

AceShowbiz - It looks like HBO and "Game of Thrones" stars don't want to have anything to do with President Donald Trump. POTUS recently shared on his Twitter account a photo of him inspired by the HBO hit series imagery. Instead of likes, the TV star-turned-politician's tweet is met with criticism from none other but the show's stars.
The photo saw a pic of the president alongside a text that reads, "Sanctions are coming," in the popular show's distinctive font. The sentence was a clear reference to the show's most iconic lines from House Stark, "Winter is coming."
It didn't take long for the Stark kids to respond to the tweet. Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark, showed her disapproval by simply writing, "Not today."

Co-star Sophie Turner also joined in. The Sansa Stark of "Game of Thrones" and the fiancee of Joe Jonas said, "Ew."
The network also appeared to distance himself from the president in a witty tweet. "How do you say trademark misuse in Dothraki?" the official account of HBO wrote.

"Game of Thrones" author George R. R. Martin also shared his own personal criticism, posting a pic specifically about the November 6 election. Also in the show's signature font, the pic read, "Fear cuts deeper than swords. Vote. Tuesday the 6th."

Trump has yet to respond to the criticism.
Williams and Turner are not the only "Game of Thrones" stars who are against Trump. Although he didn't comment on Trump's recent tweet, Kit Harington previously shared his feelings about the president. "Mr. Donald Trump -- I wouldn't call him president, I'll call him Mister," he told Esquire. "I think this man at the head of your country is a con artist."
