Taken from the upcoming new episode of 'Titans', the short clip sees Negative Man and Robotman joining Elasti-Woman at dinner.

AceShowbiz - Prior to debuting on its own TV series, Doom Patrol will be making their first appearance on this week's new episode of "Titans". Fans are now offered a short clip from the said episide, apppropriately titled "Doom Patrol", that makes its way online through DC Universe's news show DC Daily.

The footage opens with Negative Man (Matt Bomer) entering a room with a serving tray in one of his hands. Once he sits at the dinner table, he is joined by Robotman (Brendan Fraser) and Elasti-Woman (April Bowlby), who looked dazzling in a red dress.

The video somehow hints at the dark vibe that "Doom Patrol" may offer, but Elasti-Woman is seen smiling happily with plenty food in front of her. After pouring a hearty amount of sauce, she begins to eat them.

But then things take to a disgusting turn as her face is bubbling and melting down. Robotman and Negative Man, meanwhile, can only look at her with an indescribable expression, mostly because they had their faces covered.

One thing that raises question is that whether Robotman and Negative Man can actually eat the food. Robotman is just a human brain inside a robot shell. He high likely doesn't have a digestive system. Meanwhile, Negative Man has bandages cover his whole body including his face. However, he's seen sipping on a tea cup at the end of the clip.

Doom Patrol has long history with Beast Boy, who has been a member of both the Titans and the Doom Patrol over the years. Another Titan member Cyborg will also make an appearance on "Doom Patrol".

The upcoming series is "a re-imagining of one of DC's most beloved group of outcast Super Heroes: Robotman, Negative Man, Elasti-Girl and Crazy Jane, led by modern-day mad scientist Dr. Niles Caulder (The Chief). The Doom Patrol's members each suffered horrible accidents that gave them superhuman abilities -- but also left them scarred and disfigured. Traumatized and downtrodden, the team found purpose through The Chief, who brought them together to investigate the weirdest phenomena in existence -- and to protect Earth from what they find."

The official logline continues, "Part support group, part Super Hero team, the Doom Patrol is a band of super-powered freaks who fight for a world that wants nothing to do with them. Picking up after the events of Titans, Doom Patrol will find these reluctant heroes in a place they never expected to be, called to action by none other than Cyborg, who comes to them with a mission hard to refuse, but with a warning that is hard to ignore: their lives will never, ever be the same."

"Doom Patrol" will arrive sometime in 2019 on DC Universe, while "Titans" airs on Fridays on DC Universe.
