A federal judge has dropped the warrant after the rapper's lawyers handed over the required financial records.

AceShowbiz - An arrest warrant issued against rapper The Game has been dropped.

A judge issued a warrant for the hip-hop star's arrest at the start of October after he failed to appear in court in his ongoing sexual assault case or hand over the financial documents that he had been ordered to submit by a set date.

But editors at TMZ.com now report that The Game, real name Jayceon Taylor, is no longer a wanted man as a federal judge has dropped the warrant after the rapper's lawyers handed over the required financial records.

The "Dreams" hitmaker was successfully sued in 2016 by Priscilla Rainey, a contestant on his U.S. reality dating series "She's Got Game", after claiming he assaulted her while filming a scene in a Los Angeles bar.

In August, The Game's motion for a new trial was denied and the judge ordered the verdict and the $7 million (£5.4 million) judgement to stand. Ever since, Rainey has been trying to get her money and The Game has allegedly failed to pay up.
