AceShowbiz - Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott (II) have added another milestone to their relationship. After welcoming their daughter Stormi earlier this year, the happy couple has purchased a home in the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood for $13.45 million, multiple sources confirm.
According to reports, Kylie and Travis bought the tenant two weeks ago and split the bill, making them co-owners of the home. It boasts seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms, with the master suite alone measuring out to 2,300 square foot. The home also includes an open-air living room, a balcony in the bedroom, a gorgeous kitchen and plenty of surrounding trees. Stormi will have plenty of space to play.
"Kylie and Travis' new Beverly Hills house is spectacular. It's contemporary, but very warm at the same time. The property is also very private," a real estate source told PEOPLE of their new property. "They got a good deal. The house had been on the market for one and a half years."
The insider continued, "Kylie is a tough negotiator and business woman. She wanted the house and got a good price for it. She did buy it with Travis. They mostly bought it as an investment, but it seems they plan on staying there too."
While this is the couple's first home together after a year of dating, the Kylie Cosmetics founder already owns four homes that are all located near her famous family in upscale Southern California communities.
Aside from getting a new house together, Kylie and her rapper boyfriend recently got a matching jewelry cut in tribute to Stormi. Sharing on Instagram Stories, the "Life of Kylie" star showed off a diamond bracelet that has her baby girl's name spelled out in dangling charms.
She then shared a close-up shot of Travis' neck which was heavily layered with diamond chains. One particular chain included diamonds that were cut into the letters of their daughter's name. "I Spy," she captioned the pic.
