Days after taking a tumble off the stage in the middle of a performance at Biloxi concert, the 'Dance Like There's No Tomorrow' singer thanks fans for their support and concern.

AceShowbiz - Paula Abdul has assured fans the show will go one after she took a tumble offstage at a gig in Mississippi at the weekend.

The "Straight Up" singer lost her balance while shaking hands at the front of the stage during a concert in Biloxi and fell headfirst, but she has updated fans, insisting the accident looked worse than it was.

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, October 23, Paula told devotees she was "fortunately not injured", while thanking them for their outpouring of support.

"I love you all so much and want to say thank you for all of your support and concern the past day - I promise you I am perfectly fine and fortunately not injured. The show must go on, and it did!"

Abdul brushed off the stage fall and continued with the show in Mississippi, and she'll be back onstage at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center in Pennsylvania on Tuesday night, October 23.
