The soon-to-be mom Duchess reveals that 'pregnancy was like having jet lag.'

AceShowbiz - Being first-time mom is not easy, even for a royal member. Meghan Markle is opening up about her pregnancy, revealing how it makes her feel and how she's coping with the changes to her body.

On Thursday, October 18, the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry went to the world famous Bondi Beach in Australia during the fourth day of their 16-day royal tour. One local. who is also expecting, was lucky to catch up with the royal. The brunette beauty revealed that her little one started to keep her up at night.

Charlotte Connell reveals to Sky News, "Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag." The 35-year-old continued saying, "She said she was up at 4:30 A.M. this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn't sleep."

As her mom Doria Ragland is a yoga instructor in Los Angeles, yoga is definitely not a new thing for the former "Suits" actress. "Yoga is my thing," Meghan previously told Best Health Magazine. "My mom is a yoga instructor, and I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven."

During her outing on the beach, Meghan and Harry were greeted by Grant Trebilco and Sam Schumacher, founders of OneWave, a colorfully dressed local surfing community group dedicated to raising awareness for mental health and well-being in an engaging way. Fully embracing the beach vibe, the Duchess donned a black sleeveless dress, while the Duke sported a blue shirt and a pair of khaki pants.

They had flower necklace around their necks. The soon-to-be mom opted for a pink one, while soon-to-be father Harry went for blue to match his shirt.
