AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift may soon be following the footsteps of her best friend Karlie Kloss to get married. The country-turned-pop superstar is reportedly secretly engaged to her boyfriend Joe Alwyn and they have been talking about what they want for their wedding.
A source tells Life & Style magazine that the British actor popped the question recently and presented her with "a gorgeous, vintage engagement ring." The 28-year-old singer/songwriter has reportedly envisioned a wedding ceremony in Joe's native country, England.
"Taylor wants her own version of Meghan Markle's royal wedding," the so-called insider reveals. "Taylor's ideal ceremony would be held in a classic old church with an organ playing, and Taylor would love to walk down the aisle in a white gown with a long train."
Taylor is said to want 12 bridesmaids for her nuptials, including her best friend Selena Gomez. "They've been BFFs for years and have stuck by each other through all their ups and downs. Selena is one of the very few people Taylor can rely on and trust," the source gushes.
The "Call It What You Want" songstress and the "Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk" star have also talked about having kids before they turn 30. The source adds, "They both share the same beliefs and, like Taylor, Joe is extremely family oriented, which in her eyes means that he'll make a good husband and father."
Taylor and Joe first sparked dating rumors in May 2017. They have been keeping their relationship private. The Pennsylvania native, who is currently busy with her "Reputation" stadium tour, recently supported her beau as his new film "The Favourite" kicked off the New York Film Festival.
The pair were spotted holding hands while leaving the film's afterparty at Central Park's famed Tavern on the Green in late September. They reportedly star in the VIP area at the party, where she flaunted PDA by hugging her boyfriend throughout the night.
