AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber can't hide how broken-hearted he was following report that ex Selena Gomez's hospitalization over emotional breakdown. The Canadian heartthrob previously was photographed looking downcast upon arriving at church on Wednesday evening. It appeared that the Biebz couldn't hold back his tears.
Arriving solo without alleged wife Hailey Baldwin, the "Sorry" hitmaker was snapped looking visibly upset. Some photos which were circulating online saw the pop star getting comforted by fellow church-goers as he left.
One of them put his hand over the singer's shoulder. Another photo featured Justin, whose hair was looking messy, rested his head on his friend's shoulder as the friend consoled him by patting his back.
It seems like Justin gets so worried about the "Wolves" singer's condition as he was seen crying in a car the next day as they left their pastor's home. The "Despacito" singer was seated at the passenger hotel. Meanwhile, Hailey was on the driver seat, taking the wheel while sparing a glance at her weeping husband.
"Justin will always care about Selena," a source close to the 24-year-old star tells PEOPLE. "It's hard for him to hear that she isn’t doing well. They have both had their separate struggles over the years and Justin was always very sympathetic to Selena's. He wants the best for Selena. He wants her to be happy and healthy."
Previous report suggested that Selena is currently receiving dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) at an East Coast psychiatric facility, the same therapy that she used to receive in the past. The former Disney darling is seeking mental health treatment after having a panic attack during her second hospital stay in just a few short weeks. She reportedly suffered from a low white blood cell count in the wake of her kidney transplantion.
Despite being worried about Selena's health and well being, Justin allegedly "won't reach out anytime soon." A source claims to HollywoodLife.com, "He wants to respect her space and give her room to heal and plus he wants to be sensitive to Hailey."
