A lawyer for Concetta Graziosi claims that the 'I Need You' hitmaker took advantage of his former employee by not paying her for the overtime she worked from 2005 to 2017.

AceShowbiz - Marc Anthony's former maid has filed a $500,000 (£382,000) lawsuit against the star over unpaid wages.

Concetta Graziosi is suing the "I Need You" hitmaker in New York's Brooklyn Federal Court, claiming he did not pay her for the overtime she worked from 2005 to 2017, during which she was paid $2,000 (£1,500) a week.

According to the New York Post's Page Six, the former employee claims she was handed the same amount no matter how many hours she worked, and Anthony would deduct a processing fee from her cheque, which was directly deposited into her account. Graziosi also alleges there would be some weeks where she did not receive any compensation and she was not entitled to paid vacation.

She is seeking $500,000 in unpaid wages.

"She was clearly taken advantage of," Graziosi's lawyer, Jonathan Bell, tells the publication. "That's why we're bringing this lawsuit - to correct the wrong that was done to her."

Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband has yet to respond to the accusations.
