Additionally, Matt Bomer has been added to the cast of the DC live-action series as the voice of Negative Man.

AceShowbiz - Fans are offered the first look at Brendan Fraser as Robotman on DC's "Doom Patrol". During the "Titans" premiere at the New York Comic-Con on Wednesday, October 3, Fraser took the stage to give a closer look at his character's on the upcoming series.

He showed a side-by-side comparison of the comic version of Robotman and the TV series version. In the photo, Fraser's Robotman could be seen donning the character's iconic leather jacket.

The image marks the first official first look at the character. Previously, a slew of photos taken from its Atlanta, Georgia set featuring Robotman emerged online. Also spotted in the photos were actresses Diane Guerrero and April Bowlby who will be playing Crazy Jane and Elasti-Woman respectively.

One of the photos featured Negative Man. Fans didn't know who would play the character until recently. DC announced on Wednesday that Matt Bomer joined the cast of the live-action series as the voice of Negative Man. In addition, he is set to appear in flashback sequences as the character of Larry Trainor. Meanwhile, Matthew Zuk portrays Negative Man in a full-body costume.

During the New York Comic-Con, it was also revealed the premiere date of "Doom Patrol". Previous report by Newsrama suggested that the series would arrive on DC's upcoming streaming service on December 12. However, they quickly updated the report, saying that "Doom Patrol" remains slated to premiere in 2019.
