Chance the Rapper, John Mayer and Miguel are also among acts who will perform at 'Mac Miller: A Celebration of Life' benefit concert.

AceShowbiz - Many musicians will honor the life and legacy of Mac Miller at an upcoming tribute concert. The late rapper's family has announced that they will hold a benefit concert called "Mac Miller: A Celebration of Life" on October 31 at Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.

The concert will also mark the launch of Mac Miller Circles Fund, a new foundation meant to help provide resources and programming for arts education in underserved communities. It will feature a diverse roster of performers including Travis Scott (II), SZA, Chance the Rapper, John Mayer, Miguel, Ty Dolla $ign and more.

"The support we've experienced is evident in this amazing lineup and is a testament to Malcolm's incredible life. His father, brother and I are beyond thankful to everyone who is working to make this concert happen along with every fan and every friend for continuing to support Malcolm and his vision," Mac's mother, Karen Meyers, said in a statement announcing the benefit concert.

She continued, "He was a caring, loving human with a smile that could light up the sky and soul that was out to make the world a kinder place and the MMCF will continue to do just that."

Tickets will be available through the Mac Miller Circle Fund official website and Ticketmaster starting from Friday, October 5 at 1 P.M. ET. All the proceeds from the concert will go toward the foundation.

Mac was found dead in his Los Angeles home on Friday, September 7. He was 26. The cause of his death is still unknown as authorities await the results from the toxicology report. A public vigil for the "Self Care" rapper was held on September 11 in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Funeral plans have not been announced by his family.
