The 'Poker Face' singer successfully steals spotlight at the red carpet as she rocks a ruffled-neck dress designed by Sarah Burton and a hairdo described as modern Elizabethan-type.

AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa wowed fans in Alexander McQueen as she returned to the late designer's hometown for her latest "A Star Is Born" premiere on Thursday night (September 27).

The singer, who is receiving rave reviews for her performance in Bradley Cooper's directorial debut, hit the red carpet in London in a 2013 McQueen dress designed by Sarah Burton, and matched the look with a regal hairstyle created by her longtime stylist Frederic Aspiras.

"The dress is such an amazing masterpiece, so we had to do something that was complimentary to it and to show London a little bit of (GaGa's) style," the hair guru told Women's Wear Daily. "I wanted to do something that was a modern Elizabethan-type hair, so I did my research on that era."

Aspiras, who has been working with the "Poker Face" singer for almost 10 years and is a big part of her Haus of GaGa creative team, reveals he whipped up her Thursday night red carpet look in just 30 minutes.

"At Haus of GaGa, we plan ahead and we test the look before," he explained, revealing fans will be able to recreate the look.

"It's different than your normal chignon bun. It's a bit more elegant and regal," he added.

Noting the Haus of GaGa team has been going for "futuristic Hollywood" themes for her "A Star Is Born" press tour looks, Aspiras notes they are always trying to break boundaries with Lady GaGa's style.

"Everything has to be new, but still have a touch of the original and classic beauty of Hollywood," he said. "Here, it's about the movie - not being the character, just promoting the movie - whereas the music, it's about the feeling of the album, the songs..."

"It's definitely different. It's also nice to change it up and not be conventional and still add a touch of GaGa into it. People have been very accepting of it."
