Court documents uncovered that the 'No More Drama' hitmaker and her ex, Martin Isaacs, are also sued for unpaid rent and missing audio entertainment equipment.

AceShowbiz - Mary J. Blige has reportedly been sued by her former landlord over alleged damage to a Los Angeles mansion.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the "No More Drama" hitmaker and her now ex-husband Martin Isaacs rented a property in Beverly Hills from May 2015, and paid a $51,000 (£39,000) security deposit and $25,000 (£19,100) in monthly rent.

The couple reportedly extended their lease in April 2016, and the rent subsequently increased to $27,000 (£20,600) per month.

Now, lawyers for the landlord, Golden Venus LLC., have claimed that the couple failed to pay rent from August through November.

The property was vacated, though the landlord has alleged that more than $16,000 (£12,245) worth of damage had been found, including holes in the walls, broken garage doors and faulty water heaters.

The landlord also claimed that more than $30,000 (£22,960) in audio entertainment equipment was taken from the property.

Lawyers are seeking $58,211 (£44,536), plus interest, from the former couple, who had their divorce finalized in June.
