Slamming people for making a fuzz over her friendship with the 31-year-old rapper, the teen star says she's grateful for Drake's advice.

AceShowbiz - Millie Bobby Brown has spoken up regarding controversy about her relationship with Drake. Many slammed the Canadian rapper, who is 31 years old, for texting the 14-year-old star, but Millie herself doesn't seem to understand why people made a fuzz over her friendship with the spitter.

Taking to her Instagram Story, the "Stranger Things" star wrote, "Why u gotta make a lovely friendship ur headline? U guys are weird... For real." The British actress is grateful for Drake's advice, adding, "im lucky to have people in the business extend their time to help me further my career and offer their wisdom and guidance. Im very blessed to have amazing people in my life."

She continued to blast the haters, "u dont get to choose that for me. Its nice to have people to understand what i do. Now get back to talking about real problems in this world other than my friendships... jeez."

Millie talked about her friendship with Drake on the red carpet of the 70th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards on Monday, September 17. She shared at the time, "I met him in Australia, and he's honestly so fantastic - a great friend and a great role model. We just texted each other the other day, and he was like, 'I miss you so much,' and I was like, 'I miss you more.' "

The teen star also revealed that the "In My Feelings" hitmaker gave her advice "about boys." She added, "He helps me. Yeah, yeah, yeah. He's great. He's wonderful. I love him." She, however, would not share more details about the advice she got from Drake, saying, "That stays in the text messages."

People soon took to Twitter to react to the news about Drake and Millie's text exchange, and many of them found it "troubling," "disturbing" and "creepy." Some others accused the 31-year-old rapper of "grooming."

Drake has not responded to the accusations.
