The 1-minute teaser opens with a haunting rendition of 'Happy Birthday' song as someone lights up blood-red candles for the teenage witch's 16th birthday.

AceShowbiz - The witches on "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" have their own chilling way in celebrating birthdays. Staying true to its title, the show offers how teenage witch Sabrina Spellman (Kiernan Shipka) celebrates her 16th birthday in a creepy first footage of the upcoming Netflix series.

The 1-minute teaser opens with a haunting rendition of "Happy Birthday" song as someone lights up blood-red candles. It also glimpses a Spellman mortuary, devil images, rituals with pentagrams, eerie chanting as well as what looks like a lucifer walking from presumably hell.

Also featured in the teaser are Sabrina's days as a normal high schooler. She can be seen walking in high school hall and dancing alongside her friends before a scene of her locking lips with Ross Lynch's Harvey Kinkle appears in the screen.

Towards the end of the teaser, a slew of people and a creepy horned creature sit in front of Sabrina in a diner table while serenading her a "Happy Birthday" song. Sabrina then is seen smiling sinisterly before the camera pans back to the group of people earlier, who now disappear.

Based on the comic book of the same name, "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" follows adventures of Sabrina Spellman as she navigates her way through life as a young witch. The series is a depicted as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft. Tonally in the vein of "Rosemary's Baby" and "The Exorcist", this adaptation finds Sabrina wrestling to reconcile her dual nature--half-witch, half-mortal--while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family and the daylight world humans inhabit.

The series also stars Lucy Davis as Aunt Hilda and Miranda Otto as Aunt Zelda. They will be joined by Jaz Sinclair as Sabrina's BFF Rosalind Walker, Tati Gabrielle as her rival Prudence, Chance Perdomo as her cousin Ambrose, Bronson Pinchot as her villainous school principal George Hawthorne and Michelle Gomez as her possessed teacher Mary Wardell.

Created and executive produced by "Riverdale" showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" will premiere on October 26 on Netflix.
