In the footage, the 43-year-old actor, who portrays Jackson Maine, says that the 'Poker Face' songstress has a beautiful nose.

AceShowbiz - A new sneak peek for Warner Bros. and MGM's upcoming romantic musical drama "A Star Is Born" has been released. The new video features four-time Oscar nominee Bradley Cooper, who also directed the film, seducing his co-star, Lady GaGa, who portrays his character's love interest Ally.

In the beginning of the footage which was obtained by Entertaiment Weekly, Cooper, who plays country musician Jackson Maine, can be seen sitting next to GaGa's Ally at a gay bar. The scene shows their intimate first meeting as Ally works as a singer at the bar.

"Can I ask you a personal question?" Maine says, getting to know Ally. "Do you write songs or anything?" Without looking at the country musician's eyes, the young songstress replies, "I don't sing my own song." Ally, who dons a black leather jacket, reluctantly adds, "I just don't feel comfortable."

Trying to find out more about her reason for not writing songs, Maine asks her again and the latter explains, "Well, because almost every single person that I've come in contact with in the music industry has told me that my nose is too big." In response, Maine says that her nose is beautiful. "You're showing me your nose right now?" he asks before adding, "Oh I'm gonna be thinking about your nose for a very long time."

Ally refuses to believe what Maine says as she laughs it off. The latter then asks for a permission to touch her nose, surprising the singer. "Let me touch it for a second," he says before placing his index finger on her long nose.

The next scenes show Ally's life as a struggling artist, while Maine's voice can be heard narrating in the background. "Talents come from everywhere," he says before encouraging Ally, "You don't apologize, you don't worry about why they're listening or how long they're gonna be listening. You just tell them what you want to say."

GaGa previously revealed the film's story at a press conference at the Venice Film Festival in Italy. "It's a story about love and about what Bradley refers to as the human plight of addiction. It was a remarkable experience for me," the "Poker Face" hitmaker said.

During the event, she also shared her struggle in music industry before she became a successful pop star. "When I started out in the music industry and decided to be a singer and go for a professional career I was 19 years old, and I hit the ground running," she told the audience. "I was dragging my piano from dive bar to dive bar to get jobs so that I could sing and perform for people."

"A Star Is Born" will hit U.S. theaters on October 5.
