The 'Modern Family' star and her ex Scott Phillips have come to an agreement regarding finances and custody after splitting up in February.

AceShowbiz - Actress Julie Bowen has reached a divorce deal to end her 13-year marriage.

The Modern Family star and property investor Scott Phillips called it quits in early February, and he responded to the divorce petition by seeking spousal support, as well as joint physical and legal custody of their three children, 11-year-old Oliver and nine-year-old twins John and Gustav.

The private former couple has since come to an agreement regarding finances and custody, and the paperwork was filed in a Los Angeles court on Tuesday, September 04, reports The Blast.

A judge has since signed off on the deal, although it's not clear how much Phillips will walk away with, as the terms of the settlement are confidential.

Bowen was previously reported to have raked in an estimated $10 million (£7.7 million) in 2016 alone, according to Forbes magazine experts, while she currently earns $500,000 (£386,000) per episode of Modern Family, which returns for its 10th season later this month.
