AceShowbiz - Drake has tied Usher for the most weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 among solo male artists.

The rapper's In My Feelings has landed an eighth week at the top of the U.S. charts, taking his tally for chart-toppers to 47.

Drake is also just one week away from tying Usher's record for the most weeks at number one in a calendar year. The Canadian's three 2018 number ones have racked up a total of 27 weeks.

If he manages to hold on for another three weeks, he'll tie Boyz To Men's 50 weeks at number one, while he's 12 weeks away from matching the Beatles, 13 weeks from Rihanna and a distant 32 weeks from the queen of the U.S. charts, Mariah Carey, who leads the pack with 79 weeks at the summit.

Meanwhile, Maroon 5's Girls Like You, featuring Cardi B, ranks at two for a fourth week, and Cardi B, Bad Bunny and J Balvin's I Like It is also a non-mover at three.

Post Malone's Better Now rises to four and 6ix9ine's FEFE, featuring Nicki Minaj and Murda Beatz, drops a spot to complete the new top five, while former Fifth Harmony star Normani Kordei scores her first top 10 at nine with her Khalid collaboration, Love Lies.
