AceShowbiz - It looks like Demi Lovato is more than ready to move on and lead a better life following her apparent drug overdose. Words are, the former Disney darling is now selling her Hollywood Hills mansion where she suffered a drug overdose in late July.

"Her house is up for sale. She's getting healthy and putting the past behind her," a source close to Demi tells PEOPLE. A second insider similarly shares to E! News that the songstress is "focusing on getting healthy and moving forward."

The home is now up for sale for $9.495 million. According to the listing, it is located on a quiet road above the Chateau Marmont and boasts views "from downtown to the Pacific Ocean." Besides four bedrooms and six bathrooms, the home includes a grilling area, a zero-edge pool and a gazebo. There are also a chef's kitchen with marble counter tops, a bar and media room and a sky lounge terrace.

Reps for Demi did not immediately respond to request for comment.

Demi was found unconscious in her Hollywood Hills home on July 24 after reportedly overdosing on Oxycodone that was laced with fentanyl. She was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for ten days before heading straight to a rehab facility. The "Sorry Not Sorry" hitmaker has not been seen in public ever since.

Last month, the "Camp Rock" star broke her silence on her drug overdose with a heartfelt Instagram post. "I now need time to heal and focus on my sobriety and road to recovery," she said. "The love you have all shown me will never be forgotten and I look forward to the day where I can say I came out on the other side. I will keep fighting."

Her childhood friend, Selena Gomez, recently opened up about her overdose during an interview with Elle magazine. "All I'm saying is, I reached out personally. I didn't do a public thing," she said. "I didn't want to. I... I love her. I've known her since I was seven. So... it's... that's what I'll say."
