AceShowbiz - Actress Christy Carlson Romano is pregnant with her second baby.

The former "Even Stevens" star and her husband Brendan Rooney will become a family of four in February, 2019.

"I always wanted two kids and I feel so blessed to have this experience again," she tells People.com.
