AceShowbiz - Kirk Douglas, who is 101 years old, enjoys spending time with his great-granddaughter at home. His grandson, Cameron Douglas, shared on his Instagram account on August 29 a heartwarming picture of his 8-month-old daughter, Lua Izzy Douglas, playing with the legendary actor.
In the black-and-white photo, Lua could be seen sitting on a carpet in her white dress as she looked up to her great-grandfather and held out her tiny hand. Kirk, who donned a white long-sleeved top, glasses and stripped sweatpants, sat on a chair and lovingly stared at his great-granddaughter. "LOVE," Cameron simply captioned the post.
Cameron's followers then responded to the photo, admiring his family. "Precious moment. Kirk Douglas, probably the only remaining Hollywood Giant. God bless you, Cameron and your wonderful family," a fan wrote. "Time goes so fast. Douglas Senior looks so happy. Still able to charm the ladies. What a beautifully captured moment. His Great Grand daughter is so gorgeous. Kirk, we love you. Fabulous actor," one follower commented, while another pointed out, "So cute with her hand reaching out."
Cameron, who is the son of Michael Douglas and Diandra Luker, welcomed his daughter with Viviane Thibes back in December 2017. "Since Viviane has given birth to a beautiful healthy girl on Monday afternoon, I've been at their side ever since. I'm very happy," the 39-year-old actor shared.
Michael was also excited about his granddaughter's arrival as he told PEOPLE at the time, "All ecstatic about baby Lua!" He continued, "Dylan and Carys love being an aunt and uncle and we're so happy to be her Bubba and Zeze."
The "Ant-Man" star previously gushed over his family's interest in acting careers. "We got another generation going!" he said during his appearance on "Good Morning America". "My oldest son Cameron is an actor, Dylan just graduated - they did every single show in the world [at school], my daughter Carys is at...summer theater camp right now, she's 15."
