The singer takes to Instagram to share a picture of her new large tattoo of the cult 2001 movie's character Chihiro.

AceShowbiz - Ariana Grande has proved her dedication to the films of Hayao Miyazaki by adding a large tattoo of his Spirited Away character Chihiro to her collection of body art.

A day after tweeting about the the cult 2001 anime movie, revealing it's a favourite of hers and fiance Pete Davidson, the singer took to her Instagram Story timeline on Tuesday night, August 28 and posted a series of pictures of the film's main character, and explained why she's inspired by the young girl.

"Chihiro's growth into a capable individual is a core factor to the movement of Spirited Away's plot," her post read. "During her adventure in the Spirit World, she matures from an easily-scared girl with a child-like personality to match her age to a hard-working, responsible, and brave young girl who has learned to put her fears aside for those she cares for.

Grande then posted a shot of her tattooed forearm, featuring a bandaged-up image of Chihiro.
