The mother of three reveals on Twitter that she once bribed her daughter to wear the sneakers by saying that it could glow in the dark when it was actually not.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West apparently doesn't have to work hard to find inspiration for his Yeezy shoes collection as little white lies can also inspire him. Kim Kardashian recently revealed that the idea of his upcoming glow-in-the-dark Yeezy 350 sneakers actually came from a lie that she told to their eldest daughter North.
In a reply to a tweet previewing the new sneakers on August 29, the mother of three shared a brief story about how she had to bribe the little girl to wear the sneakers, saying that it could glow in the dark when it was actually not. But her effort came to waste when North found out that it didn't glow like she said.
"I was bribing North to wear her butter 350's by saying they glow in the dark. However, she made me turn off the lights to test it," the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star wrote on the micro-blogging site, adding that Kanye then promised to make newer versions that would glow. "She caught me lying but Kanye was on speaker phone & said don't worry I will make them."

It's unclear when the glow-in-the-dark shoes will hit the shelves, but Sole Collector reports that it is expected to launch during the holiday season. Besides Yeezy 350 sneakers, Kanye will launch other upcoming shoes including Yeezy Boost 700 V3 and the Yeezy 451. Adidas will also reportedly release a "Sesame" Yeezy Boost 350 V2 in October.
This isn't the first time North has inspired her parents to create fashion lines. Last year, Kim shared how her oldest daughter influenced her Kids Supply clothing collection. "It's been such a fun journey to figure out how our kids like to dress and how to make cool clothes for kids," she said at the time. "We've always been tailoring things and cutting things up, or taking dresses of mine and cutting them down to North's size."
