Unsealed court documents from Kesha's lawsuit with Dr. Luke reveal that Kesha would make sexually explicit comments during their recording sessions and studio staff complained about Kesha urinating inside trash cans.

AceShowbiz - Producer Kool Kojak was another musician who testified in Kesha's (Ke$ha) lawsuit with Dr. Luke. Now unsealed court documents reveal the "Right Round" co-writer/co-producer's statements in his September 20, 2016 deposition, which was obtained by Radar Online.

Kojak, whose real name is Allan P. Grigg, said that he never saw Dr. Luke abusing or sexually assaulting the singer. He added that the 31-year-old star seemed "comfortable" around Dr. Luke at the time they were recording "Right Round", which also featured Flo Rida.

Kojak went on testifying that Dr. Luke never yelled at Kesha, nor did the producer make any comments of a sexual nature toward her. He added that he did not witness any drug use in the studio during their recording sessions.

On the other hand, Kesha would make sexually explicit comments during their recording sessions and often make "blow job" jokes. The music producer recalled, "There was one when we were making 'Right Round', that she came into the room and, like I said, there were a ton of people in the room, and she cracked a joke about blow jobs and everybody thought it was pretty funny," adding, "Boner, that is a word that pops up a lot with her, boners. That was her email account: I love boners."

Additionally, Kojak said that studio staff often complained about Kesha urinating inside trash cans throughout the studio. "And when we were recording, she was in the vocal booth and she urinated in the trash can," he shared. He also recalled Kesha once told him that "she forced her assistant to drink her urine."

Meanwhile, in her testimony, Kesha shared horrifying details of the night she was allegedly raped by Dr. Luke. The "We R Who We R" hitmaker said she was drunk after having multiple alcoholic drinks at the nightclub Mood. When she told Dr. Luke that she felt "a little nauseous," he allegedly gave her a "sober pill."

But instead of getting sober, Kesha said the night became blur, and she only remembered a flash of being in a vehicle, "waking up in Dr. Luke's hotel room, naked" and "vomiting up bile." She remembered her vagina "felt ripped. Like a woman had been penetrated without lubrication."

When pushed by Dr. Luke's attorney if she had a medical exam taken to validate her account, she said she didn't. Kesha also admitted, "I do not recall an actual penis being taken out by [Dr. Luke] and inserted into my incoherent body. I don't recall that, but I recall waking up in [Dr. Luke]'s room, his belongings around, him gone, naked, and sick."

In response to the unsealed depositions, Dr. Luke said in a statement to Radar Online, "Kesha herself now testifies that she has absolutely no memory of engaging in any sexual activity with Dr. Luke or even of Dr. Luke being in the hotel room that night. Kesha has no memory of Dr. Luke engaging in inappropriate contact because it did not happen." He also denied giving Kesha "any kind of drug" that night and called the complaint "bogus."
