AceShowbiz - New mum Kylie Jenner is looking to make a quick profit by offloading an empty plot of land adjacent to her California home after less than a year of ownership.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians regular and makeup mogul bought the corner space for $5 million (£3.88 million) last October (17), with plans to expand her own Hidden Hills property to build a garden and a possible stable for her horses.
However, she has apparently had a change of heart, and according to TMZ, has put the land back on the market - but at the elevated price of $5.55 million (£4.3 million).
Kylie, 21, recently revealed she currently splits her time between her home and a pad she bought with her boyfriend, rapper Travis Scott, in the centre of Los Angeles, telling Vogue Australia they "never miss a night with each other".
The couple, which began dating in the spring of 2017, welcomed baby daughter Stormi in February.
