The country star and his wife Brooke welcomed Theron 'Teddie' Maine Cook on Wednesday, August 22, and Clay took to Instagram to announce the big news, under a photo of his son.
"@thebrookecook & I are thrilled to announce the arrival of Theron Maine Cook," he wrote. "Mama & baby are safe & happy. I'm so lucky in this life."
"We couldn't be happier to welcome the newest love of our lives," Brooke added.
Clay and Brooke married in 2014 and are also parents to son Charlie, who was was born in November, 2016.
