The singer gets candid about moving on from Las Vegas shooting incident when asked how he felt about being associated with the tragedy forever.

AceShowbiz - Jason Aldean will never forget the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting last October, but he chooses not to relive it "over and over".
The country music star was performing at the Las Vegas event when a gunman opened fire on festivalgoers from the window of a nearby hotel, killing 58 people and injuring more than 800.
The 41-year-old has now sat down for a pre-recorded interview for Sunday "Today" with Willie Geist and got candid about moving on from the incident when asked how he felt about being associated with the tragedy forever.
"That's not something I want on my resume for the rest of my life," he said in a preview clip ahead of Sunday's, August 26 broadcast. "For me, it's something, not that I want to forget, but it's just something I choose to not relive over and over."
His pregnant wife Brittany was at the festival to watch her husband's headlining set, and he admitted it was "definitely scary" knowing she was also caught up in the nightmare.
"On one hand I hate that she was there to have to experience it. On the other hand, I know if she was at home and saw it on the news she would have freaked out. I don't know what would have been worse," he explained.

Brittany gave birth to a son named Memphis in December, and the singer previously revealed that it helped him heal following the tragedy.
"Within a couple months, I saw the worst thing you could possibly experience, and then I saw the best thing you could possibly experience, with him (Memphis) being born," he told SiriusXM's "The Highway" in January. "So, it gave me something else to focus on, and gave me a reason to look forward to the new year, getting the chance to get back out there and do what it is that I love to do."
Brittany and Jason, who married in 2015, announced they were expecting their second child together, a baby girl, in July. He is also father to daughters Keeley, 15, and Kendyl, 11, from his previous marriage to Jessica Ann Ussery.
