AceShowbiz - Jean-Claude Van Damme's youngest son has pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct after he was arrested for allegedly holding his roommate at knifepoint.

Nicholas Van Varenberg was arrested in September, 2017 after reportedly losing his temper with his unidentified roommate for answering the door to police officers, who had initially been called to check on the 22 year old for displaying aggressive behaviour in the apartment building in Tempe, Arizona.

Upon the cops' return, they searched the property and allegedly found the knife and a stash of marijuana, and took him into custody.

He was booked on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful imprisonment, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Van Varenberg subsequently denied the counts, but during a hearing on Wednesday, August 15, he entered a guilty plea for a charge of disorderly conduct in an apparent plea deal.

He is set to be sentenced on 3 October, but is expected to receive probation, reports The Associated Press.

Nicholas is the Bloodsport star's only son with ex-wife Darcy LaPier.

Van Damme also has adult children Kristopher and Bianca with Gladys Portugues, who he was first married to from 1987 to 1992. They remarried in 1999, and although she filed for divorce for a second time in 2015, they later reconciled and had the court papers withdrawn.
