AceShowbiz - Mariah Carey is a step closer to a messy legal spat with her former manager after she was served with a summons.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the singer's doorman was served with the paperwork by a process server employed by Stella Bulochnikov's lawyers.
Mariah's longtime sidekick can now file a lawsuit demanding commissions she believes she's owed, which stack up past $100 million (GBP78 million), according to outlet sources.
Bulochnikov is also planning to sue executives at Roc Nation, claiming they interferred with a venture to produce movies and TV shows with Carey.
Mariah's former manager filed her initial documents in April, seeking damages plus interest and costs.
Carey and Bulochnikov parted ways in November, 2017.
