Now that he fails to buy the Los Angeles pad, Bass offers himself to be the host of a show from the house if HGTV plans to make one.

AceShowbiz - Lance Bass has accepted he won't be moving into the old Brady Bunch house, but he's keen to host a show that might be staged there.
Bosses at U.S. lifestyle channel HGTV outbid the former pop star for the Studio City, Los Angeles pad, which doubled as the Brady Bunch's home throughout the 1970s, but Bass is still hoping he'll be involved in the house's future - once TV D-I-Y experts renovate the property.
"HGTV??! Aw man," Lance tweeted on Tuesday, August 07 after the new buyers were identified. "I'd be pretty upset if it were anyone else, but how can you be mad at HGTV? My television is stuck on that channel.

Network bosses were impressed with the former 'N SYNC star's remarks and responded: "Thanks, Lance! Consider yourself officially a part of the HGTV bunch".
And now Bass is angling for a future gig on the network, adding: "if you need a host... I'm in!".
HGTV bosses plan to initially restore the house to its original glory and then perhaps host shows from the home.
