AceShowbiz - The Mighty Ducks star Shaun Weiss has escaped citation after a weekend arrest for public intoxication.
The former child actor, who portrayed Greg 'Goldie' Goldberg in the classic sports films, was taken into custody in Oroville, California in the early hours of Saturday, August 04.
He was left behind bars to sober up, and was then released without charge by police, according to TMZ.com.
The 38-year-old has been in and out of jail in recent years, and was most recently handed a 90-day sentence for possession of methamphetamine last summer (17).
That punishment was delivered just five days after he was ordered to spend 150 days in jail for theft, although he was released after just 12 days due to overcrowding.
