The raptress, who gave birth to her and Offset's baby daughter Kulture back in July, shares her ways to lose some weights in an Instagram video.

AceShowbiz - New mum Cardi B is relying on waist training and a detox tea to help her regain her pre-baby body.

The Bodak Yellow hitmaker gave birth to her first child, a daughter named Kulture, with her husband Offset on 10 July, but her plans to slim down immediately after becoming a mother were put on hold as she adjusted to the huge lifestyle change.

Now the 25-year-old is ready to start shedding the baby weight, and in a video post on Instagram, Cardi reveals she is going to start by utilising the popular waist training device to try and shrink her midriff.

"So you know, when I was pregnant, I used to tell myself, like, 'When I give birth, I'm putting (on) a waist trainer right away. B**ch, I'm snapping back!,' but on some G (gangster) s**t..., I've been so f**king lazy, it's like, f**k that s**t, but I gotta remind myself, I'm an entertainer so I gotta do what I gotta do, so starting this week, I'm gonna start waist training," she told fans on Tuesday, July 31.

Cardi, who recently pulled out of plans to support Bruno Mars on his autumn tour after underestimating the challenge of motherhood, has also become a new celebrity endorser for TeaMi, and is using the brand's products to cleanse her digestive system of toxins and aid her weightloss efforts as she continues to recover from childbirth.

"I really can't exercise right now 'cause I really can't move my legs, like, I'm f**ked up in the game right now, but I'm gonna start drinking TeaMi, so I can start flushing down all the remainders (toxins), and it doesn't affect my breast milk...!" she smiled.

"The snap back begins!" she exclaimed. "S**t, I'm about to be a bad b**ch again!"

Cardi also promoted the product in the accompanying caption, writing, "I'm trying to pee and s**t all this lil weight on me .Ya ain't seeing my body till i snap back motherf**kers... This @teamiblends gonna do the work !!! Teamiblends and waist straining all summer shlong (sic)!"

The rapper isn't the only new mum to be sponsored by TeaMi officials - Kylie Jenner, who gave birth to daughter Stormi in February, also took to Instagram to credit the tea with helping her bounce back after birthing the baby.

"I started the @teamiblends 30 day detox program because they promote a healthy lifestyle and it is important for me to feel my best," the 20-year-old began. "I'm on day 7 right now... I have way more energy and it is like a magic tea to get rid of tummy bloat. I'm in love with their cute pink travel bottle. If you're looking for a natural detox, this is it."
